Lady Phillips is a dance enthusiast of many years standing, with wide contacts throughout the arts world. Laura Phillips joined the Siobhan Davies Dance Board in 1994 and served as Chairman from 1995-2006. She was a member of the Rambert Dance Company Board from 1992 to 2001 and was Vice-Chairman of the National Association for Probation and Bail hostels from 1994 to 1998. She was also a member of the Council of the Griffin Society from 1993 to 2000. Lady Phillips is currently on the Board of the Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance and Salisbury Cathedral Choir School.
