Maiden Voyage Dance Company and Old Museum Arts Centre, Belfast

Dancer Deborah Saxon spent three days with professional dancers from Northern Ireland leading a residency as part of DanceLab, a professional development programme for dancers and performers run by Maiden Voyage Dance Company in partnership with the Old Museum Arts Centre. Dancers learnt how to use their own interests and experiences as routes into creating material, exploring some of the creative tasks and choreographic structures used in the making of the company’s work.
