Regular Pilates sessions will help restore your body to its natural balance. As a result you will achieve better posture, allowing you to move more efficiently. The gentle exercises of Pilates tone, strengthen and increase the body’s ability to take on the pressures of daily life. Kirsty is a Pilates Foundation trained teacher and former dancer.
