Laura has a very fluid approach to Pilates, her class aims to restore the natural strength of the body, to undo bad posture , to encourage dynamic alignment and to build strength and flexibility, Allowing the body to unwind, to find deeper connection between the physical and emotional body and the mind, through the Breath. Laura's unique teaching approach is influenced by release technique, Scaravelli yoga, body Mind Centering and Garuda.
