Five Rhythms

Five Rhythms offers a freestyle dance workout for the mind, body and soul. This class involves very little structured teaching, so those participating can take the time to explore their own means of self-expression without any outside influence. Participants are encouraged to examine the way that they relate to those around them, and so to notice their habitual patterns and try out changes. Join us at the end of each weekend and take a couple of hours to do some internal reflection free from outside judgment.
