Independent Dance offers a year round programme of classes, workshops and discussions to support professional dance artists with many events also open to non-dancers. ID's classes are taught by leading dance artists who each bring a unique assimilation of their influences and experiences in alternative movement forms and bodywork practices. Professional Classes
This daily class provides a learning environment to support the mindful curiosity and physical intelligence of dance, using the diverse body-mind techniques that influence the teachers’ approaches to movement.

Feedback Forums
These choreographic feedback studio sessions are an opportunity for professional dance artists to show work at any stage of development, in order to get audience feedback to help in the process of developing the work. Audience places are free but must be reserved in advance.

Sunday Specials
The Sunday Sessions give an intensive experience in a range of body-work techniques and their principles.
