Ella teaches a Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga Class routed in Ashtanga Yoga, but influenced by her dance and somatic practices training, as well as Rocket and Dharma Yoga.
Ella likes to encourage students to find clarity, precision and a place to let go in her classes, cultivating a deeper awareness of the present moment to be carried off the mat and into everyday life.

Wednesday Evening and Saturday Yoga with Belle
Unwind from your busy life and enjoy a flowing Hatha Yoga class to help establish stability, flexibility and stamina, as well as a sense of deep relaxation and inner stillness. Perfect for releasing stress, good health and overall well being of mind, body and spirit.
Drawing from over 20 years of study and practice across a wide range of traditions, Belle teaches a fun and creative fusion of Hatha flow - at times dynamic – pranayama, meditation, as well as deeply restorative yoga nidra.
Belle’s aim is to inspire and aid her students develop a safe and enjoyable practice, to truly experience the beauty and many benefits these ancient yogic traditions can bring to modern daily life!
Prompted by back-pain, Belle Greenwood took up yoga some 25 years ago discovering a positive shift, and not only physically. Like a bubble of oxygen rising up though turbulent waters, yoga helped gain clarity to take the next best step forward - sometimes immediate clarity, sometimes not so immediate! But with regular practice, it always delivered.
She is a qualified Yoga Therapist specialized to work safely, adapting and tailor making practices for people with compromised health and for whom individual or small group classes are more appropriate.
For the past 10 years, Belle has also regularly been organising and leading groups on inspiring yoga retreats across the UK and beautiful locations worldwide.
Alongside teaching yoga, Belle is a qualified massage therapist in Holistic, Indian Head and Facial Rejuvenation massage. Alongside teaching, Belle continues her singing career, developing song-writing at present. She is a practicing Buddhist.

Ella Tighe completed her 200 hour certification in Ashtanga/Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga with Ervin Menyhart (Yoga Coventry), before more recently undertaking a further 100 hours in Rocket and Mandala Vinyasa Yoga with The Yoga People (Dulce Aguilar and Jamie Clarke).
Since her first class, yoga has become an integral part of Ella’s life and practice as a dance artist. Ella's classes incorporate challenging sequences which encourage the student to find grace and elegance in movement, whilst finding the release and joy to let go in postures and find mental clarity. Classes are accessible for all levels, with a range of modifications on offer.
Ella is a dance artist, working in a variety of different settings which span performing, making, facilitating and administrating. Notably Ella works for Independent Dance and Flux Dance Company.
