Free, 1-2-1 coaching sessions with SDS’s Co-Artistic Director Kat Bridge.
As an antidote to the uncertainty of this moment, to a culture of busyness, and to being obligated to others and to systems – we are offering coaching sessions for artists and arts workers to reflect on what they need right now. Kat will hold a non-judgmental and confidential space for reflection, exploration and identification of actions and/or intentions.
Coaching is based on the belief that each person has the answers and solutions to their challenges within them. A coaching session works well if the coachee brings with them an item to explore, a challenge to think through or an intention to reflect on. It is a process in which the coach asks questions and offers prompts, creating space and support for the coachee to come to their own conclusions. This time is your time, for you to understand where to put your energy next.
