The exhibition launch for Angel Zinovieff’s Material Archive.
Join Angel to celebrate the launch of their Material Archive, which will be installed throughout the building until August 2024. This is an opportunity to come together, meet the artist and explore the work. With a paid bar and free snacks.
A reflection on the sonic, choreographic and social histories of the UK garage rave scene of the early 2000’s, this Material Archive brings together archival materials, video work, music and text. Find out more about the archive here.
This exhibition launch is part of Artist Archive, a programme that questions what an archive can be and who gets to have one.

ABOUT THE ARTIST
Angel Zinovieff is an interdisciplinary artist working across performance, film, music, collage, and writing. Their work is interested in social spheres, spheres of time, the body and it’s inheritances. The micro of an individual life, into the many macros of our existence: relational, sociopolitical, our time on earth, and out into the cosmic unfathomable.
