Tammy Arjona was born in Australia and trained in Adelaide before coming to London in 1992. After attending the Rambert School for a brief period she went on to work with The Michael Clark Company, Bunty Matthias & Company, Jeremy James and Company and Walker Dance amongst others. Tammy joined Siobhan Davies Dance in 2003 creating and performing works until 2008. She was awarded the Jane Attenborough Fellowship in Dance and Education leading her to explore new ways of working. Now living in South Australia, Tammy teaches professional dancers and community groups. She has developed solo work, performing at Signal Point Art Gallery in Goolwa and a duet, 'Tomuremoar', a collaboration with Cinzia Schincariol and photographic artist Richard Hodges. Tammy hopes to lead dance classes for people with Parkinson's and other movement disorders in 2016.
