Our dance studios are perfect to test, experiment, explore and teach your practice in Elephant and Castle, South London. Popular with class hires such as Yoga, Pilates, Contemporary Dance, Contact Improvisation and Salsa, Siobhan Davies Studios has a space for all your dance studio hire needs.
Well connected to public transport and fully accessible, we provide the perfect location for dance rehearsals near Central London. We have two studio spaces available, each offering subsidised rates depending on your circumstances and funding status, making us one of the most fairly priced dance studios in London!

- Audio and lighting equipment are available in both rooms and additional equipment can be hired as necessary.
- Neither of our studios are equipped with barres or mirrors.
- All prices include VAT and rates will be offered on a case by case basis.
Roof Studio
Sitting at the top of the building is our largest dance studio, the Roof Studio. With its curved ceiling and large windows it makes the perfect location for large groups, rehearsals, classes and performances.

Research Studio
This flexible space with its white walls and large windows is a blank canvas waiting to be transformed to your needs. Smaller than the Roof Studio, it provides a more intimate setting popular for yoga or pilates classes but is ideal for all dance rehearsals, classes and workshops too.

Last Minute Space Hire
Last minute studio hire is available 48 hours in advance subject to availability, and will be shared on the Siobhan Davies Studios Instagram channel.
Space for action
Space for Action offers a limited amount of free space for small-scale fundraising and community-building events. Priority is given to events that align with our values and ways of working by centring marginalised communities and practices, and that are run by local people/groups.
Town Square Studio
Use our studio space for free/low cost. Town Square Studio is open fortnightly on Fridays, for movers and dance artists to practice side-by-side. This is as much a space for working alone, as it is for small groups and those looking to collaborate.
