Unearthing
This performance is a reflection on the process of learning to move my body again – this time incorporating more of me and my soul, bringing life back into my movement. Dance is an internal process for me and I had forgotten how to access that. Through NEXT, I’m now learning to use that process in a way that makes sense for me. It is like finding a seed and finally giving it the nourishment and space to grow.
