We continue to prioritise our community responsibility. Within the last week we’ve hosted the final Su Mano Amiga and Town Square Studio sessions of the summer and offered Space for Action to a local activist organisation. Keep holding us accountable for making the studios as accessible as possible. Soon we’ll launch our community garden project in our much loved but underused courtyard, supported by Southwark Council. The studios will be closed during August for maintenance – which includes replacing the floor in our beautiful Roof Studio, after damage in last year’s leak. Meanwhile, we’ll be busy preparing for an energetic the Autumn season – read on to find out more!
Lastly, we wave goodbye to our Head of Operations Alex Neidert. Alex has done an amazing job, supporting SDS these last 5 years – from complex EU reporting to accurate pizza cutting. Thank you so so much Alex. We extend big warm wishes as you move onto a new role. We will miss you!
