Programmed by Independent Dance.
Open to all. Teacher changes weekly.
Improvised dance is about exploring the movement potential of our bodies and the creative potential of our minds. As this style focuses on your body’s natural ability, it is perfectly suited to those with no experience in dance.
For this Autumn term, all Monday Night Improvisation classes will be taking place in person at Siobhan Davies Studios. Every class is led by a different teacher who brings their own unique approach.
