26 May – 28 Jun 2021
6.30 – 8.30pm
Improvised dance is about exploring the movement potential of our bodies and the creative potential of our minds. As this style focuses on your body’s natural ability, it is perfectly suited to those with no experience in dance.
The format of Monday Night Improvisation will vary week by week. For this Summer term, Monday Night Improvisation classes will be delivered in a range of formats, starting with online classes on Zoom for the first two weeks. Every class is led by a different teacher who brings their own unique approach. Sign up to ID’s mailing list on their website to receive details about classes each week.
