Prompted by back-pain, Belle Greenwood took up yoga over 25 years ago discovering a positive shift, and not only physically. Like a bubble of oxygen rising up though turbulent waters, yoga helped gain clarity to take the next best step forward – sometimes immediate clarity, sometimes not so immediate… but with regular practice, it always delivered!

She is a qualified Yoga Therapist specialized to work safely, adapting and tailor making practices for people with compromised health and for whom individual or small group classes are more appropriate.

For the past 15 years, Belle has regularly been organising and leading inspiring and joyful yoga retreats in beautiful locations worldwide & in the UK.

Belle is a qualified massage therapist in Holistic, Indian Head and Facial Rejuvenation massage.

Alongside teaching, Belle continues her musical career, developing song-writing and guitar playing, collaborating & getting ready to record again. She is a practicing Buddhist.
